SHIPPING
All contiguous U.S. orders are eligible for FREE shipping if the total quantity of pairs does not exceed two pairs from one customer per month.
Fulfillment time is one business day or same-day if order placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time. Delivery time to most U.S. addresses is 2-3 business days when you choose the USPS 2-Day Shipping option. We ship via DHL Express to all international destinations. Generally, delivery time not exceed 5-7 business days to major markets.
RETURNS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just complete our Exchange/Return Form (you can find it in the shoebox) to receive a FREE1 return shipping label. Also, you can send us return request here.
You have 30 DAYS TO RETURN2 your item to us in its original condition.
1. Free return shipping label available for domestic addresses only for one pair per month per customer. Items purchased with any discount (coupon code, from Sale department) are not eligible to free returns, return shipping fee (approx. $12.00/each shoebox or $5.00/each insole box) will be deducted from your refund. If you ship from an international address, please send your returns and exchanges to:

2. Returns must be unworn, in the condition you received them in, and in an undamaged shoebox, otherwise your returns may be subject to reboxing or/and restocking fee(s) up to 50%. The international shipping cost and domestic paid express delivery cost are non-refundable.
RESTOCKING FEES
Shoes returned after the return period has expired - 20% or 0% fee in case of a store credit
Shoes returned without shoe box or in damaged shoe box - $20 or 0% fee in case of a store credit
Shoes returned not in original condition / obvious signs of use - 50% plus both way shipping fee up to $30
