Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

All contiguous U.S. orders qualify for FREE shipping, provided the total quantity does not exceed two pairs per customer per month.

Orders are fulfilled within one business day or the same day if placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time. Delivery to most U.S. addresses takes 2-3 business days with USPS Priority Mail. For international orders, we ship via USPS Priority Mail International, with delivery typically taking 7-10 business days to major markets.


RETURNS

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please complete our Exchange/Return Form (included in the shoebox) to receive a FREE¹ return shipping label. Alternatively, you can submit a return request here.

You have 30 DAYS TO RETURN² your item in its original condition.

1. Free return shipping labels are available for domestic orders only, limited to one pair per customer per month. Items purchased using a discount (coupon code or from the Sale department) are not eligible for free returns. Return shipping costs (approximately $12.00 per shoebox or $5.00 per insole box) will be deducted from your refund. For international returns, please ship your items to:

2. Returns must be unworn, in the condition you received them, and returned in an undamaged shoebox. Otherwise, a reboxing and/or restocking fee of up to 50% may apply. Shipping costs for international orders and domestic express deliveries are non-refundable.


RESTOCKING FEES

  • Shoes returned after the return period has expired: 20% fee or 0% if opting for store credit.
  • Shoes returned without a shoebox or with a damaged shoebox: $20 fee or 0% if opting for store credit.
  • Shoes returned not in original condition/with obvious signs of use: 50% fee plus both-way shipping costs, up to $30.
